WARNING! Security Alert – Phishing Attempts

Over the past few hours, misleading e-mails and SMS messages requesting “e-banking verification within 48 hours” have been circulating. These messages falsely appear to originate from CrediaBank and may use the Bank’s logo or corporate identity elements in an attempt to mislead customers.

Please note that the Bank will never ask you via e-mail or SMS to provide your personal passwords, card PINs, e-Banking credentials, or transaction confirmation codes (OTP).

If you receive such a message, do not click on any links, do not enter personal information, and delete the message immediately.

For secure access to e-Banking services, always type the Bank’s address directly into your browser or use only the official mobile banking application.

The Bank continuously monitors electronic fraud incidents and consistently implements measures to protect its customers and systems.
