Each new CrediaBank branch offers:

  • Entrance ramps and appropriate interior layout for safer movement
  • Customer identification using a bank card at entry for faster and more personalized service
  • Entry/call button at an appropriate height for immediate staff assistance
  • Open collaboration spaces, eliminating traditional counters and enabling staff and customers to interact on the same eye level, without requiring standing position
  • ATMs placed at an accessible height for independent use

Additional services:

  • You are given priority service.  Contact your branch to explore parking availability at the entrance
  • Assisted service is available upon request, with a trained staff member (e.g. Welcome Manager or branch staff) accompanying you from entry until transaction completion
  • Cash services and transactions are available throughout branch operating hours
  • No appointment is needed, you can visit us directly
