New Experience Branches

Each new CrediaBank branch offers:

  • Customer identification using a bank card at entry for faster and more personalized service
  • You can receive services without a witness, supported by sign language interpretation or real-time captioning, in collaboration with Evenly.
    Access is provided via QR code scanning within the branch:
    • With captioning: communication is conducted via call with visible subtitles
    • With interpretation: you participate in a call with both the employee and the interpreter
  • ATMs at an accessible height, with visual guidance to support safe and independent use

Additional services:

  • You are given priority service. Contact your branch to explore parking availability at the entrance
  • Assisted service is available upon request, with a trained staff member (e.g. Welcome Manager or branch staff) accompanying you from entry until transaction completion
