Access is provided via QR code scanning within the branch: -
- With captioning: communication is conducted via call with visible subtitles
- With interpretation: you participate in a call with both the employee and the interpreter
- ATMs at an accessible height, with visual guidance to support safe and independent use
Additional services:
- You are given priority service. Contact your branch to explore parking availability at the entrance
- Assisted service is available upon request, with a trained staff member (e.g. Welcome Manager or branch staff) accompanying you from entry until transaction completion
